《コーヒーフィルター》
紙製のコーヒーフィルターは毎回使い捨てるのが嫌で布フィルターを長年使っていましたが、衛生管理が大変でしたので、ステンレスフィルターに変えたところ、とっても便利！
紙を使い捨てることと、毎回洗うために水を使うことのどちらの方がエコかは、水資源が豊富な国とそうではない国、紙製のフィルターの生産地や生産方法などにもより悩ましいところですが、毎日使うものだけでも、できるだけ情報収集をして、悩んで、一番良いと思えるものを選びたいですね。
《Coffee filter》
Since I did not like to use “disposal” paper filters, I was using cloth reusable coffee filters instead for a long time, however, it was a lot of work to keep it hygienic, so I have started to use a stainless steel filter, and actually it works great!
I know that it’s hard to say which one is “most sustainable” because it depends where and how the products were made or if you live in the area where water resources are plentiful or not, so it’s important to do our research, think, and choose the best option for the items that we use in our daily life.
